As of March 2010, the the Honolulu Board of Realtors stopped publishing their Monthly Statistical Report on the Residential Resale Activity on Oahu. Commencing March 2010, the Honolulu Board of Realtors changed their monthly report format and structure.
The Monthly Indicators Report contains monthly and year-to-date graphs on Oahu closed sales, sales prices, listings, pending sales, days on market, percent of list price received at sale, affordability, inventory, and market overview for all neighborhoods on Oahu.
The Housing Supply Outlook provides a property type and price range analysis that considers the past twelve months of single family homes, new construction, leasehold condominiums, and fee simple condominiums data.
The Neighborhood Updates provides the monthly indicator information by Oahu neighborhood.
It is important to note that a real estate transaction typically takes 1 to 3 months to record; short sales transactions can take upwards of 3 months to record.
